چکیده
Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) therapies are now the first-line treatment for many ocular diseases, but some patients non-responders to these therapies. The purpose of this study was determine whether level adiponectin increased pathogenesis retinal edema and neovascularization in retina progressive vascular diseases. We examined role played by two types cells animal models which vein occlusion (RVO) oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) mice. Our results showed that an injection anti-adiponectin antibody ameliorated ischemia through depression expression VEGF-related factors tight junction-related proteins RVO intravitreal also decreased degree OIR In addition, exposure human microvascular brain pericytes culture both permeability increase inflammatory dropout pericytes. These findings indicate plays a critical neovascularization, is potential therapeutic target diabetic macular edema, proliferative retinopathy, RVO.
